Masseria Le Torri

Beautiful hotel with all modern amenities including usb chargers next to the bed. The linen in the bed is very nice antique linen - luxurious. Plenty of parking. It’s a drive to anywhere, but many beaches and lido’s within 20 minutes. We ate in their restaurant each night which was nice. Breakfasts were a highlight - so many choices of beautiful food. We will come back - perhaps with other people to really make the most of it.

Masseria Le Torri is our favourite place in Italy! The Masseria hosted our wedding and worked tirelessly for us over our 4 day stay. Everything was beyond our expectations! The Masseria itself is stunning, with well-kept rooms and a spectacular property that showcases their incredible attention to detail and care. The staff at the Masseria were some of the loveliest people we have ever met, and the service was extraordinary. We will definitely be returning, and highly recommend it to anyone!

Best hotel experience we’ve ever had. We stayed at the Masseria for a week in early October. Mimmo and Silvana are the best possible hosts one can ask for. The Masseria was built around 1690 and has been in Mimmo’s family for more than 170 years. It has been restored to perfection. There is quality all around in every detail, without a sense of luxury, which establishes the perfect balance to make one feel at home. We stayed in the separate room with our own yard and small pool, which added complete privacy. The service was impecable, from the reception to the room cleaning and bed turn over in the evenings. Breakfasts are fantastic, with lots of great choices for every taste, sitting outside in the beautiful patio. And the restaurant for dinner is unbeatable; we tried several other good restaurants in the area, always to conclude that eating at the Masseria was the best choice. The food and the service at the restaurant are really outstanding. Note that this is a great place for runners; the countryside is fairly flat, with lots of quiet, scenic rural roads. Also, great to borrow the bicycles and ride to Conversano, a lovely, authentic, and non touristy medieval town, just a few kilometers away. After staying at the Masseria, we went to Capri for a few days. And we kept thinking all the time, how much better everything was under the care of such gracious hosts in Puglia. Definitely, an experience of a lifetime, and a place where one dreams of going back. We can’t wait!

Had to write a review for Le Torri as felt this was one of the loveliest hotels we have ever stayed at. Wonderfully intimate, beautifully styled, and the sort of care and attention rarely seen. The love of doing things just right by the lovely owners and all of their staff made us feel genuinely welcome. We did not expect to eat so many meals at Le Torri, normally preferring to explore, but the quality of the food was such that we rarely went out for a meal. The glorious courtyard was perfect, morning, noon and night. We will be back, thanks Mimmo and Silvana, you are an incredible team, we will be back.
